JOB DESCRIPTION

This exciting opportunity calls for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead and support sourcing activities that significantly impact organizational success and growth. Bring your expertise and drive innovative strategies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee vendor selection processes and control spending for multiple Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Design and implement strategic sourcing plans across various categories to enhance value and efficiency.
  • Analyze past spending patterns to create new category strategies and streamline sourcing processes.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers and draft effective contract language in collaboration with business units.
  • Assess current suppliers and provide insights to stakeholders on new and existing agreements.
  • Facilitate vendor relationship management, including addressing escalations and resolving disputes.

Skills

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 8-10 years of expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relations, and business analysis.
  • Proven negotiation prowess with a focus on achieving optimal results.
  • Strong capability to identify and manage contractual risks.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Experience with managing large-scale RFQ/RFP processes within enterprise-level settings.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive negotiation strategies.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
