This exciting opportunity calls for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead and support sourcing activities that significantly impact organizational success and growth. Bring your expertise and drive innovative strategies in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee vendor selection processes and control spending for multiple Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Design and implement strategic sourcing plans across various categories to enhance value and efficiency.
- Analyze past spending patterns to create new category strategies and streamline sourcing processes.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and draft effective contract language in collaboration with business units.
- Assess current suppliers and provide insights to stakeholders on new and existing agreements.
- Facilitate vendor relationship management, including addressing escalations and resolving disputes.
Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 8-10 years of expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relations, and business analysis.
- Proven negotiation prowess with a focus on achieving optimal results.
- Strong capability to identify and manage contractual risks.
Preferred Skills
- Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management.
- Experience with managing large-scale RFQ/RFP processes within enterprise-level settings.
- Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive negotiation strategies.
