We are seeking a talented Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical file transfer services while collaborating with a skilled team in a flexible and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of file transfer services.
• Provide high-level technical support and problem management for complex file transfer systems.
• Analyze existing systems and formulate requirements for new implementations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and adherence to standards.
• Participate in strategic planning and architecture design for system enhancements.
• Assist in user transition and implementation of new systems or programs.

Skills

• Proven experience with IBM Connect:Direct, IBM Sterling File Gateway, and Axway Secure Transport.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex configurations and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Ansible and Python for automation tasks.
• Experience in both Unix and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of digital certificate installation and use.
