Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer communication strategies using advanced management platforms.
- Create and optimize dynamic business content for statements, notices, and letters.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to understand and address business requirements.
- Engage in agile development processes, particularly Scrum, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies to improve communication solutions.
Skills
- Proven experience with customer communications management platforms, including hands-on work.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive.
- Experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar.
