JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Communications Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer interactions through innovative communication solutions. This hybrid position offers a chance to work on cutting-edge projects with the potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer communication strategies using advanced management platforms.
  • Create and optimize dynamic business content for statements, notices, and letters.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to understand and address business requirements.
  • Engage in agile development processes, particularly Scrum, to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies to improve communication solutions.

Skills

  • Proven experience with customer communications management platforms, including hands-on work.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive.
  • Experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar.
