Since Horizontal's formation in 2003, these words have been the guiding perspective that has delivered continual growth and landed us in the top 2% of all staffing companies worldwide.

Focusing on the connection between the nuanced needs of organizations and the unique skill sets of job seekers has been a constant through the years. The other constant has been change: from job market shifts to the evolution of technology to the change in the way business is conducted, most notably exemplified with an influx of hybrid and remote work environments.

Through it all, we have adapted and stayed ahead. As a privately held, minority-owned business, leadership has always taken the long view. We have invested in our own people, built lasting relationships with clients from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized organizations, adapted to important cultural shifts including much-needed diversity initiatives in the workplace and added to our white glove service offerings to launch products like Talent Board – an AI-powered platform that allows hiring managers to match top talent to open roles within seconds. Additionally, our companion company Horizontal Digital fulfills the digital needs of organizations by creating connected experiences through exceptional websites, apps and more.

Today, we have 10 offices with 4 in the United States and 6 throughout India, Malaysia and Australia serving the staffing needs of companies in search of talent in IT, marketing & creative and business strategy. And we assist talented job seekers to find their passion.
