Jenny Davis joins Horizontal as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management
As we continue to grow and evolve, we're excited to welcome Jenny Davis to Horizontal in the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management.
In this leadership role, Jenny will lead and scale multiple portfolios across our organization, driving performance across revenue, margin, delivery, and client satisfaction. She will also play a key role in strengthening our portfolio leadership model as we continue to expand our solution offerings.
Jenny brings more than 15 years of experience in the staffing and talent industry, with a diverse background spanning recruiting, sales, delivery leadership, regional operations, and enterprise portfolio management. She has built a reputation for cultivating strong relationships, leading high-performing teams, and driving successful outcomes for clients, talent, and colleagues alike.

Before entering the staffing industry, Jenny began her career in public relations and quickly developed a passion for Minnesota's technology community. As Director of Member Services for the Minnesota High Tech Association, she built meaningful connections throughout the region before transitioning into talent and workforce solutions.
Those relationships and experiences helped lay the foundation for a career that would take her from technical recruiting to regional leadership and ultimately enterprise portfolio management. Most recently, Jenny held executive leadership roles with Swoon, Russell Tobin, and Pride Health, where she leveraged her experience across recruiting, sales, and delivery to help organizations scale, strengthen client partnerships, and drive business growth.
