We also launched new initiatives to strengthen connection across our community. This included the launch of our quarterly newsletter, Horizontal Headlines, where we share insights and stories from across our business, and the debut of Jeremy's podcast, Launch Point, where he chats with industry leaders about the newest trends, cutting-edge strategies and insightful knowledge.
ESG: building a brighter, more sustainable future
This year, we published our first annual ESG Report, completed our first global emissions measurement and strengthened our performance across key assessments: including a 6-point EcoVadis increase and a CDP score improvement from D- to B, the highest SME ranking this year.
Our Sustainability Committee also advanced several initiatives, from Earth Month programming and new recycling efforts to employee education sessions and sustainable event swag.
Horizontal Cares
Through Horizontal Cares, our teams across the world came together throughout 2025 to support causes close to our hearts. We’re proud of the impact we made and for the time spent showing up in our communities.
- BestPrep 2-month e-mentoring program, where 17 employees supported Minnesota high school students through mentorship, mock interviews and resume preparation
- Pick Up the Park clean-up event at Oak Hill Park near Horizontal HQ in Minneapolis
- School water purification system donation in Vadodara
- Horizontal’s Got Talent student event in Bangalore
- Dress for Success donation drive, resulting in more than 16 large bags of professional clothing donated
- Hosted blood drives across Bangalore and Vadodara
- Malaysia team donating eBrelle laptops for blind students
- Wrote thank-you letters for veterans and delivered to local veteran hospitals
