The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring technical professionals, managing end-to-end recruitment, and delivering quality candidates within tight timelines. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy working closely with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Handle technical recruitment across IT, Engineering, Digital, SAP, Data, Cloud and other technology roles.
- Specialise in contract staffing and contingent workforce recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback and drive the recruitment process to closure.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/CRM.
- Consistently achieve individual recruitment KPIs, submission and placement targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within technical/IT recruitment.
- Strong and proven experience in Contract Staffing / Contract Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience recruiting technical professionals across multiple skill sets.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian recruitment market.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
- Excellent sourcing, screening and candidate management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
- Malaysian citizen only.
