Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, from invoice verification to payment processing.
• Process supplier invoices accurately using NetSuite.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile supplier statements and manage payment runs.
• Process Malaysian payroll and support Singapore payroll when required.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and stock ledger.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations, including AP, payroll, fixed assets, and corporate cards.
• Support continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (mandatory).
• Experience processing Malaysian payroll.
• Knowledge of Fixed Assets and month-end reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Reconciliations).
• Able to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Singapore payroll experience.
• Australian GST/BAS knowledge.
• Experience in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
