About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Control Engineer to design and deliver Building Automation and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) control systems for large-scale building and infrastructure projects. This role involves developing technical designs, coordinating with project stakeholders, and supporting project delivery from design through site implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, Lighting Control, and ELV control systems.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations.
• Produce Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and contractor proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Participate in technical meetings and project reviews.
• Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure designs comply with local authority requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Control, Telecommunication, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Control or ELV Engineering.
• Experience designing Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, Lighting Control, or Automation Systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and building services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• BEM or MBOT registered.
• Experience with Revit or BIM software.
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, or data centre projects.
