About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives and enhance lending operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, improve business processes, and deliver technology solutions that drive automation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Credit, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Sales.
- Document business processes, functional specifications, user stories, and business requirements.
- Work with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve lending workflows.
- Support system integration with banking and third-party platforms.
- Prepare test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate delivered solutions.
- Assist with system implementation, user training, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Experience in Loan Origination Systems, lending operations, or credit process transformation is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Good understanding of banking products, lending workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in process mapping and business documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of automation technologies (RPA, AI/ML) and digital process transformation.
- Experience with API integrations and digital onboarding platforms.
- Exposure to core banking systems and credit risk processes.
