This role focuses on maintaining ERP data integrity, building procurement process documentation, and delivering analytical insights across the supply chain function. The position plays a key part in ensuring the team runs smoothly and adheres to internal governance standards.

This role focuses on maintaining ERP data integrity, building procurement process documentation, and delivering analytical insights across the supply chain function. The position plays a key part in ensuring the team runs smoothly and adheres to internal governance standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee SAP master data management, purchase order workflows, and documentation protocols.
- Develop and continuously update procurement SOPs and approval frameworks.
- Manage payment forecasting and monitor departmental performance metrics.
- Standardize award notification templates and streamline management approval workflows.
- Provide support during both internal and external audit processes.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track supply chain performance indicators, including cost savings, delivery timeliness, and supplier evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations or ERP system administration, with SAP experience preferred.
- High level of attention to detail with a strong process-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools.
