We are looking for a highly experienced and self-sufficient Senior Automation Specialist with 10+ years of experience in software testing, including strong expertise in test design, automation, and end-to-end (E2E) integration testing. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring quality across complex system landscapes, particularly in environments involving multiple integrated platforms such as CRM, billing, and provisioning systems.
This role requires someone who can independently drive testing activities, contribute to automation strategy, and collaborate effectively within Agile delivery teams.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and self-sufficient Senior Automation Specialist with 10+ years of experience in software testing, including strong expertise in test design, automation, and end-to-end (E2E) integration testing. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring quality across complex system landscapes, particularly in environments involving multiple integrated platforms such as CRM, billing, and provisioning systems.
This role requires someone who can independently drive testing activities, contribute to automation strategy, and collaborate effectively within Agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies covering application-level and end-to-end (E2E) scenarios
- Independently create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data aligned with defined testing approaches
- Perform integration testing across multiple systems (e.g., CRM, billing, provisioning), ensuring seamless data flow and system behavior
- Conduct thorough validation activities across both source and target systems to ensure data accuracy and process integrity
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, XRAY, and Confluence
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment
- Contribute to test planning, estimation, and execution cycles, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met
- Drive and support test automation initiatives, including framework usage and enhancement
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve testing processes, coverage, and efficiency
- Take ownership of deliverables and ensure minimal supervision is required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing
- Strong hands-on experience in test design and execution for application and E2E testing
- Proven expertise in integration testing across complex system landscapes
- Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data validation techniques
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a clear understanding of Agile testing practices
- Proficiency in test management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, XRAY, and Confluence
- Strong exposure to product ordering and fulfilment workflows (preferably in telecom or similar domains)
- Ability to work independently and manage testing activities end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with PEGA (highly preferred)
- Experience with BRIM
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Robot Framework
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration is an added advantage
