Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Account Growth
• Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients across sectors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and connecting them to the company’s data solutions.
• Support pipeline generation, renewals, and account planning in collaboration with senior leads.

Research & Insight Delivery
• Oversee end-to-end research project - from brief development to insight presentation.
• Partner with research, analytics, and product teams to ensure solutions are actionable, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.
• Deliver strategic recommendations that drive marketing, brand, or innovation decisions.

Business Development & Proposal Support
• Contribute to proposal, pitches and case studies that demonstrate the company’s value proposition.
• Support marketing and thought leadership initiatives showcasing the company's insights and technology.
• Identify opportunities to pilot new tools, data integrations, or research approaches with clients.

Collaboration & Mentorship
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
• Coach junior executives and contribute to internal capability building.
• Champion the company’s culture of innovation, curiosity and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4 - 8 years experience in market research, consulting, or brand strategy, ideally in client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regional or enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, marketing strategy and data-driven storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with digital research tools and data platforms is a plus.
