About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega solutions. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Pega 8.x and above, strong technical leadership, and the ability to drive complex implementations, upgrades, and platform evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of Pega applications
- Act as the technical authority for Pega implementations and mentor development teams
- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, performance, and security standards
- Drive Pega upgrades, platform modernization, and architectural improvements
- Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Oversee Pega infrastructure management and deployment readiness
- Support adoption of Pega Constellation where applicable
Key Requirements:
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) – Full Certification
- 10+ years of experience with the Pega platform
- Minimum 2 years working as a Lead System Architect
- Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x or above
- Exposure to Pega Constellation is a strong plus
- Experience in Core Java, React, Pega infrastructure management, and Pega upgrades is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
