Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the delivery and operational readiness of our Islamic Banking Window. This role focuses on turning regulatory, Shariah, and business requirements into tangible, customer-ready products while ensuring seamless execution across systems, processes, and teams.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and finance to ensure each Islamic banking product is compliant, operationally ready, and delivered to the highest digital standards.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the delivery and operational readiness of our Islamic Banking Window. This role focuses on turning regulatory, Shariah, and business requirements into tangible, customer-ready products while ensuring seamless execution across systems, processes, and teams.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and finance to ensure each Islamic banking product is compliant, operationally ready, and delivered to the highest digital standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of the Islamic Banking Window, ensuring timely execution of product, system, and process deliverables.
- Translate Shariah principles and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, legal, operations, finance, and the Shariah Advisory team to ensure alignment across all workstreams.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving blockers.
- Oversee UAT, SOP creation, documentation, and go-live readiness.
- Support the creation of product artifacts, product disclosure sheets, customer communications, and internal playbooks to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Monitor post-launch performance and collaborate with teams to improve product, process, and customer outcomes.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and system partners.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, project delivery, or implementation within a banking or fintech environment.
- Working knowledge of Islamic banking concepts (e.g., Wadiah, Tawarruq, Mudarabah) and BNM’s Islamic Banking related Policy Documents.
- Strong understanding of core banking systems and how Islamic banking products are structured, configured, and operationalized within them.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities - able to manage complex dependencies and drive clarity.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, operations, and legal.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a bias toward delivery and operational excellence.
