About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Pega CLSA (Lead System Architect) or Pega CSSA (Senior System Architect) to join our Project team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on Pega development experience, strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions in Agile environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of Pega applications following industry and Pega best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Pega solutions.
- Apply BPM principles to optimize and automate workflows across the organization.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to define process flows, integration needs, and technical solutions.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
Requirements:
- Certification: Pega CLSA (Lead System Architect) or CSSA (Senior System Architect) – mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Pega development, including at least 5 years in a CLSA/CSSA capacity.
- Deep expertise in Pega PRPC architecture, BPM concepts, case lifecycle management, decision rules, and UI/UX configuration.
- Proven delivery experience in Agile projects using tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Strong understanding of integration methods (REST/SOAP, messaging queues, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Prior involvement in the large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience with DevOps and Pega deployment pipelines.
