Job Title: Business Analyst/System Analyst (Mid-level)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working Arrangement: Fully-In Office (Weekly)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business
needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Requirement Documentation: Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and
actionable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and
the technical team, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Process Mapping: Analyze and document current business processes, identify gaps, and
propose improvements.
• Solution Design: Work with the technical team to design solutions that meet business
requirements while adhering to technical constraints
.
2. Project Delivery Leadership
• Agile Scrum Leadership: Serve as the Scrum Master or Agile Lead, facilitating daily standups,
sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Project Planning: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with
stakeholders and the technical team.
• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality
delivery of projects.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption
to project timelines and deliverables.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, track key metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down
charts), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and quality
standards through rigorous testing and validation.
3. Technical Collaboration
• Technical Translation: Break down complex business requirements into technical tasks for
the development team.
• Technical Guidance: Provide guidance to the technical team on business priorities and
ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Hands-On Support: Assist the technical team in troubleshooting issues, reviewing code, or
testing solutions when necessary.
4. Continuous Improvement
• Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from stakeholders and the technical team to continuously
improve processes and deliverables.
• Agile Maturity: Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous
improvement within the team.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and lessons learned with the broader organization to
enhance overall project delivery capabilities.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are highly
desirable.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in a combined role of Business Analyst and Project Delivery Lead,
preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience working in Agile Scrum teams, with a strong understanding of Agile
principles and practices.
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and
managing technical teams to deliver solutions.
Skills
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and
technologies.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective
