Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 frontend engineers, overseeing their technical growth, project assignments, and professional development
- Drive and facilitate architectural decisions and technical excellence in frontend development, ensuring best practices in React, Angular, and modern web technologies
- Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for complex data visualization and analytics dashboards
- Guide the team in developing responsive, performant, and accessible web applications
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration
- Establish and maintain frontend development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
- Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions
- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and team performance tracking
- Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team
- Participate in hiring and team building activities to maintain a strong engineering culture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in React and Angular frameworks, including state management solutions
- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with frontend build tools, bundlers, and modern development workflows
- Proven track record of leading frontend development teams and delivering complex web applications
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.)
- Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time data handling
- Familiarity with microfrontend architectures
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementation
- Knowledge of frontend security best practices
- Experience with GraphQL. GRPC and modern API integration patterns
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment technologies
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking
- Frontend Frameworks: React, Angular
- State Management: Redux, NgRx, Context API
- CSS: SASS/SCSS, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS
- Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel
- Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
