JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform engineering responsibilities, while providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers:
- Collaborating with the team and customer on New Product Introduction and Prototype development to ensure capability and stability of the process to produce the required product as per customer requirement.
- Performing quality control and resolving issues throughout new product implementation and existing products.
- Responsible for the accuracy and on-time engineering document generation, not limit to 8D report, FAI, PFEMA, CP, BOM, Data sheets, Work Instruction, Drawing, etc
- Ensure effective implementation of Corrective Action/ Preventive Action which have been identified.
- Involved in Part Qualification and customer audit.
- Involved in PCN.
- Handle all administrative related tasks for the projects assigned.
- And any other roles and responsibilities that assigned by the company from time to time.
The ideal candidate also possesses:

- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Extensive knowledge in electronics manufacturing and engineering processes
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and product qualification processes
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Ability to attention to detail.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
SKILLS:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Adobe
- Applicants must be willing to work in Penang in Home office.
