Role Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Support Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on supporting internal clients and delivery teams by maintaining existing solutions across a broad range of clients, facilitating new client onboarding, and assisting with compliance and security efforts. The ideal candidate excels at troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, and has a passion for ensuring systems run smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities
• Support internal client and delivery teams in maintaining and operating existing solutions
• Facilitate new client onboarding processes by configuring and validating environments
• Diagnose and resolve common technical issues.
• Assist with routine compliance, audit, and security-related tasks
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for support procedures, onboarding workflows, and system configurations
• Monitor system health and respond to alerts or operational issues
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to drive improvements to supportability and reliability
• Track and manage support tickets, requests, and updates in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a technical support, DevOps support, or systems administration role
• Technical Skills:
• Support & Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across systems and services
• Client Onboarding: Experience supporting technical onboarding and environment setup for enterprise solutions
• Documentation: Ability to create and maintain clear and detailed technical documentation
• Tools: Familiarity with support ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and monitoring tools
• Basic Scripting: Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus
• Compliance: Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security best practices is a plus
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a methodical and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and dependable with a service-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience supporting internal operations or enterprise client delivery teams
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging stacks (e.g., ELK, Splunk, CloudWatch)
• Understanding of incident response and change management processes
