Role Summary
As a Product Owner, you’ll collaborate with closely with delivery departments and Acxiom product teams to gather, analyze, refine, and prioritize product requirements. We’re seeking a highly motivated problem-solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a knack for critical thinking. Your role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, driven by passion and commitment. Previous experience in technical and data fields is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
• Assume overall responsibility for product delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
• Develop and implement a short to medium-term vision for the product/service, encompassing both customer-facing functionalities and technical advancements.
• Strategize and execute the product roadmap, managing the backlog and prioritizing feature development in accordance with resource availability and stakeholder needs.
• Foster collaboration between stakeholders, design teams, and development teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Solicit and prioritize input from various sources, including sales, marketing, data scientists, and customers, to inform product development decisions.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities by conducting market analysis, tracking industry trends, and incorporating customer feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of requirements, specifications, and use cases for new product features.

Requirements
• Great understanding on data management and analytics, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and prioritization; experience working with cloud-based data solutions.
• Good technical proficiency; understand technicalities with ease and familiarity with SQL, generative AI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Strong understanding of the product development life cycle and product management processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
