Power Platform Administration Consultant
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Platform Administrator/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Platform Administration, including the setup and management of Centers of Excellence (COE), and will be proficient in developing flows using Power Automate and applications using PowerApps. Familiarity with related technologies such as EXO, Entra ID, DLP, Conditional Access, Intune, and Teams is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the setup and administration of Power Platform Centers of Excellence (COE), ensuring adherence to best practices and common scenarios.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, following industry best practices and addressing common business scenarios.
  • Design, develop, and manage applications using PowerApps, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and adhere to best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Platform.
  • Monitor and manage the Power Platform environment to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders regarding Power Platform solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power Platform and related technologies to ensure solutions leverage current capabilities.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Power Platform solutions, including architecture, design, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Candidate with over 10 years of experience in relevant space.
  • Proven experience in Power Platform Administration and Development.
  • Strong expertise in Power Automate and PowerApps development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Relevant certifications in Power Platform or related technologies are a plus.

Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of Exchange Online (EXO), Entra ID (Azure AD), Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Familiarity with Conditional Access policies to secure resources.
  • Experience with Intune for device management and security.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration and integration with Power Platform.
