Horizontal Talent provide contract and permanent recruitment, staff augmentation and Statement of Work solutions and is a specialist in IT, Business Strategy and Marketing & Creative. We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to help us in the next chapter of our high growth story.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sales to delivery.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Source and engage tech talent.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and candidates.
  • Collaborate effectively with local and global teams.

About You
  • Proven experience in 360 degree/end-to-end recruitment.
  • In depth knowledge of one or several tech verticals (such as Software, Data, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication, consulting and influencing skills.
  • A positive mindset – we believe that positivity fuels possibility.
  • High energy – you’ll love the hustle and work with urgency.
  • Integrity – you’ll take responsibility for you actions and act honestly and ethically.
