We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a dynamic portfolio of real estate, facilities, construction, and tenant improvement initiatives. In this temporary role, you’ll help keep active projects moving forward by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project plans, and driving timely, high-quality outcomes from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead real estate, facilities, construction, and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion and turnover.
- Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, action logs, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with internal teams, landlords, property managers, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other partners.
- Track scope, timeline, cost, quality, risks, dependencies, and change requests to help keep projects on course.
- Support site assessments, design coordination, construction activity, relocations, installations, and closeout tasks as needed.
- Review proposals, budgets, schedules, invoices, and change requests for completeness and alignment with approved project needs.
- Monitor contractor and vendor progress, follow up on deliverables, and help resolve open items and corrective actions.
- Identify risks, delays, and cost concerns early and recommend practical next steps to maintain momentum.
- Facilitate recurring project meetings, capture decisions and action items, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
- Provide clear project status updates, including progress against milestones, budget tracking, risks, and upcoming priorities.
- Help coordinate work in active business locations to minimize disruption during construction and relocation activities.
- Support financial tracking, forecasting, invoice coordination, documentation management, and project closeout.
Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in facilities, construction, commercial real estate, or tenant improvement projects.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, facilities teams, or other external service providers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills across cross-functional and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and drive action without direct reporting authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and similar collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to keep projects moving through changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with office, warehouse, distribution, or other commercial facility projects.
- Background in tenant improvements, renovations, relocations, expansions, buildouts, or site consolidations.
- Experience coordinating with landlords, property managers, architects, engineers, and specialty contractors.
- Familiarity with construction budgets, schedules, proposals, change orders, invoices, punch lists, and closeout processes.
- Experience managing projects across multiple locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- PMP, CCM, or another relevant project or construction management certification.
