Exciting opportunity for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and enhance digital experiences for investors, advisors, and internal business teams in the wealth and investment management space. This hands-on role combines modern front-end and mobile development with Java back-end engineering, cloud services, and AI-assisted development tools to support meaningful digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support scalable full-stack applications using React, React Native, Java, and Spring Boot
- Develop and maintain web and mobile solutions for client-facing and advisor-facing platforms
- Create secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs that support complex financial workflows
- Work with AWS services to deliver reliable, highly available cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with product, architecture, UX, and business partners to translate needs into technical solutions
- Build reusable components, shared services, and application frameworks to improve consistency and speed of delivery
- Improve application performance, maintainability, security, and overall user experience
- Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
- Support engineering best practices and help mentor less experienced developers
Skills
- 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React, React Native, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience building and supporting production mobile applications
- Background designing microservices-based solutions
- Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and OAuth
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Experience working with AWS cloud services
- Exposure to AI-assisted development or engineering automation tools
- Recent experience in investment management, wealth management, asset management, or related financial services domains
Preferred Skills
- Experience building advisor-facing or investor-facing digital platforms
- Exposure to portfolio management, trade processing, performance reporting, or financial planning applications
- Experience supporting modernization efforts within financial services environments
- Technical leadership experience in client-facing settings
- Prior consulting experience
