We’re looking for a Growth Design Reviewer to support a remote, experiment-driven design team working on high-volume product testing. In this role, you’ll evaluate design treatments against a defined review framework, provide clear feedback, and help improve the consistency and quality of future design outputs.

Responsibilities

• Review design treatments against a written rubric and quality standards
• Assess whether proposed changes are likely to improve key product metrics
• Provide concise, thoughtful critiques when a decision needs additional explanation
• Identify recurring patterns, common issues, and opportunities to strengthen review guidelines
• Contribute to ongoing calibration discussions to support consistent evaluation
• Use sound judgment to compare alternative solutions and evaluate tradeoffs

Skills

• Direct experience on a growth or experimentation-focused product team
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing or conversion optimization work
• Strong product judgment and the ability to evaluate design changes through a metrics lens
• Ability to write clear, brief, and actionable feedback
• Comfort working in a role centered on review, labeling, and evaluation
• Consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to apply guidelines reliably
• Strong communication skills and confidence giving candid feedback

Preferred Skills

• Experience helping develop design guidelines, heuristics, or review rubrics
• Familiarity with experimentation workflows in a fast-paced product environment
• Ability to recognize gaps in a review framework and suggest improvements
• Comfort collaborating with design leaders and participating in calibration sessions
