We’re looking for a Senior GenAI/Agentic AI Engineer to help turn complex business needs into practical, production-ready AI solutions. This role offers the chance to design and build innovative agentic workflows, prompt-driven applications, and GenAI tools that support meaningful outcomes in a collaborative, technology-forward environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous business and stakeholder needs into effective GenAI solutions and agentic workflows.
- Design and build AI agents and multi-step orchestration patterns using tools, function calling, retrieval, and human-in-the-loop approaches.
- Develop and improve prompts, RAG pipelines, structured outputs, and LLM-based applications.
- Create and apply evaluation methods to test quality, reliability, safety, and failure modes of agentic systems.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise data, APIs, applications, and internal tools.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to prototype, validate, deploy, and continuously improve use cases.
- Apply practical considerations around observability, guardrails, security, latency, cost, and responsible AI.
Skills
- 3+ years of directly relevant engineering experience, or 5+ years for a senior-level background.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic architectures, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Strong ability to evaluate and test AI solutions for performance, reliability, and safety.
- Experience building production-ready applications and working across the full application lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into well-structured technical solutions.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort with AI coding tools such as Antigravity, Kiro, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with agentic deployment, monitoring, observability, and guardrails.
- Exposure to integration approaches such as MCP and A2A.
- Experience working with AI systems in environments where responsible AI, security, and cost efficiency are important.
- Ability to learn new GenAI tools and frameworks quickly.
- Background in fast-paced, collaborative environments where experimentation and iteration are encouraged.
