  • Support release coordination and change activities by communicating impacts, timing, and expectations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear documentation including process flows, business requirements, user stories, release notes, and knowledge resources.
  • Help improve end-to-end operational processes across order management, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and related supply chain functions.
  • Monitor risks and issues, escalating and resolving concerns proactively to support successful delivery.

Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar functional role.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience supporting or administering NetSuite ERP.
  • Strong ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Experience supporting ERP and business applications across multiple functional areas.
  • Background coordinating projects and partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Working knowledge of business processes related to order management, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, or finance.
  • Experience with functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and release validation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills

  • NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator, or ERP Consultant.
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives or future-state ERP planning.
  • Familiarity with creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, and knowledge base content.
