We’re looking for a Multimedia Content Producer to join a small, collaborative creative team supporting video, podcast, photography, and digital content initiatives. This role is ideal for a strong editor who also enjoys getting hands-on with production, helping bring polished, engaging content to life across a variety of projects and formats.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short- and long-form video content, including interviews, webinars, social media assets, event recaps, and other recurring projects
  • Record and refine podcast and video podcast content, including audio cleanup, sequencing, mixing, and final delivery
  • Apply strong editorial judgment to pacing, storytelling, sound, graphics, and visual flow while maintaining brand standards
  • Support video productions from setup through execution, including camera work, lighting, audio, and collaboration with on-camera talent
  • Provide occasional photography and video coverage for headshots, events, interviews, and other business needs
  • Manage production logistics such as job numbers, project intake forms, file organization, version control, and workflow tracking
  • Work efficiently on quick-turn assignments and handle feedback and revisions with professionalism
  • Stay informed on social and digital content trends and explore emerging tools, including AI, that can improve production workflows
  • Contribute creative ideas while working within established content strategy, business goals, and brand guidelines
  • Build the ability to independently support productions and provide coverage when needed over time

Skills

  • Professional experience in multimedia production, video editing, journalism, or a related field
  • A strong portfolio or reel that demonstrates editing and production capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and solid knowledge of professional editing fundamentals
  • Experience with audio editing, color correction, multicam workflows, and content delivery
  • Background editing podcasts or dialogue-driven content
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom
  • Hands-on experience with camera systems, lighting, audio, and general video production techniques
  • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to produce polished work within a structured brand environment
  • Professional, collaborative communication style when working with stakeholders and on-camera talent
  • Excellent organization, reliability, attention to detail, and comfort managing production tasks
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet quick deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a corporate, agency, newsroom, or similarly structured environment
  • Familiarity with current social and digital content trends
  • Interest in AI and emerging creative tools that support editing and production efficiency
  • Comfort covering a range of production needs, from studio-style shoots to event support
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving project needs
