We are seeking a Strategic Events Manager, Campaigns to lead end-to-end promotional planning for high-impact strategic events, including a major annual user conference, quarterly virtual summits, and select third-party trade shows. This role sits at the center of demand generation and event marketing, helping drive registrations, pipeline, and brand awareness through thoughtful planning, cross-functional coordination, and strong execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the demand generation strategy, planning, and execution for strategic events across hosted and third-party programs.
  • Build repeatable promotional playbooks that support event launch, promotion, follow-up, and lead routing.
  • Partner with Web, Digital, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Inside Sales to set registration targets and align on promotional plans.
  • Maintain the go-to-market promotional calendar for each event and keep stakeholders informed of key milestones and deadlines.
  • Lead weekly promotional sync meetings to track progress, remove blockers, and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, report on results, and use insights to improve future event promotions.
  • Support planning for a variety of event formats, including in-person conferences, virtual summits, and large industry trade shows.
  • Contribute creative ideas that build internal excitement and increase external engagement around event campaigns.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing demand generation, integrated campaigns, or event marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of event promotion, registration strategy, and post-event follow-up best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple event campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and keep teams aligned around shared goals and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and connect activity to registration, pipeline, and ROI metrics.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present plans and results to stakeholders.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Tableau, Salesforce, Asana, Outreach, and event platforms like Goldcast, Swoogo, or Cvent.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting large-scale flagship events and high-volume virtual programs.
  • Ability to develop creative promotional concepts that stand out across internal and external channels.
  • Familiarity with testing, optimization, and continuous improvement within event marketing programs.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, highly collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience building scalable frameworks that improve consistency and efficiency across campaigns.
