JOB DESCRIPTION

Bring your content strategy and communications expertise to a fast-moving partner ecosystem where your work will help teams and partners adopt new tools, programs, and resources with clarity. In this six-month remote role, you’ll manage content operations, support launch communications, and help pilot an invite-only partner community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day partner content operations, including governance meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and decision tracking
  • Maintain a content inventory across partner resources, ensuring ownership, review dates, and content accuracy are up to date
  • Identify duplicate, outdated, or conflicting content and coordinate updates through the appropriate review process
  • Draft, revise, and manage approval workflows for partner-facing materials such as guides, FAQs, one-pagers, and portal content
  • Work closely with subject matter experts across partner experience, success, and marketing to ensure content is accurate and useful
  • Triage incoming content requests from internal teams and partners, determining whether to fulfill, queue, or decline requests
  • Organize and prioritize the content request backlog, escalating items that require governance decisions
  • Plan and coordinate partner-facing launch communications across email, partner portal updates, and community announcements
  • Support the pilot of an invite-only partner community by moderating discussions, onboarding members, and routing issues appropriately
  • Track and report on pilot success measures, including engagement, response time, contributor breadth, and support deflection
  • Document processes and best practices to create a clear playbook for future partner content and community operations

Skills

  • Experience managing content operations, editorial workflows, or a content program for a partner, channel, or customer audience
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to run meetings, manage priorities, and follow through on action items
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to turn complex input into clear, polished content
  • Experience guiding content through multiple review stages, including brand, legal, and marketing approvals
  • Sound judgment in triaging requests and deciding what content should be created, updated, or declined
  • Clear, warm, and professional written communication skills
  • Ability to support launch communications across multiple channels in a timely and organized way
  • Experience moderating or supporting a business community, ideally in a Slack environment
  • Familiarity with partner, channel, or consulting ecosystems
  • Comfort working with technical and consulting audiences

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with systems integrator or consulting partner networks
  • Prior involvement in partner community programs or pilot launches
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms
  • Experience creating playbooks, process documentation, or operational handoffs
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment
