Join a high-impact technology team supporting investment accounting and operational processes through hands-on Eagle platform expertise. This hybrid role in Boston offers the opportunity to work on application support, integrations, and solution delivery for a dynamic financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into effective solutions within the investment accounting ecosystem.
- Configure, customize, and support Eagle applications, including Web Panel Designer and Message Center.
- Partner with business users, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to improve and enhance system capabilities.
- Build and maintain integrations, interfaces, and reporting solutions using PL/SQL, Java, and Unix/Linux tools.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and drive timely resolutions.
- Support investment accounting workflows, including security master, pricing, corporate actions, cash activity, and derivative processing.
- Contribute to upgrades, testing, release activities, and ongoing process improvements.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong experience with investment accounting systems, ideally Eagle.
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL development.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting and troubleshooting.
- Java development experience.
- Experience supporting Eagle Web Panel Designer and Eagle Message Center.
- Understanding of derivative products and related accounting or operational processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
