JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a mission-driven team and help shape an end-to-end omni-channel engagement platform that connects people across phone, email, SMS/text, chat, and other digital channels. This Product Manager role offers the opportunity to lead discovery, process design, and phased delivery for Salesforce-based solutions that improve engagement, routing, and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery, process design, and delivery planning for complex omni-channel engagement solutions.
  • Guide the product through the full lifecycle, from early discovery into build, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner closely with product owners and delivery teams to keep the backlog organized, prioritized, and ready for agile execution.
  • Help design coordinated outreach experiences across call, email, SMS/text, chat, and other digital channels.
  • Support channel preferences, consent handling, cadence planning, escalation paths, and interaction history needs.
  • Contribute to Salesforce-based solution delivery and related integrations with telephony and workforce management tools.
  • Consider contact-center operations, including skills-based routing, workload and capacity needs, handoffs, and continuity of customer context.
  • Use feedback and performance insights to refine journeys and improve outcomes over time.

Skills

  • Proven product management experience leading complex customer or donor engagement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Experience working with telephony and workforce management integrations.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel engagement strategy and execution.
  • Knowledge of contact-center operations and high-volume outreach workflows.
  • Ability to think through routing, continuity, capacity, and interaction history across channels.
  • Comfort working in an Agile environment and collaborating across product and delivery teams.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder partnership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting both discovery and delivery phases of a product engagement.
  • Exposure to skills-based routing and workload optimization concepts.
  • Experience improving customer-facing or donor-facing engagement journeys.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and contribute in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
  • Interest in mission-driven work and meaningful user outcomes.
