Job Description:

• As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Ability to Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure as follows:  Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, HP Printers
• Provide Standard and Local Software Support  Windows OS & Office suites, Linux, Lotus Notes DB
• Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory in a complex AD environment
• Interface with multiple support teams for client support and business support
• Maintain site dashboards for Computers, Printers, IT work tickets, & PC/Server Vulnerabilities

Skills:    
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Client is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment.
• Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology.
• Combined experience with Linux Systems and Digital Transcription
• Cisco VOIP support experience for phones
• Excellent interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills
• Minimum ten (10) years of IT experience
