JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Agile Program Manager to lead large-scale platform delivery for a modernized travel and hospitality experience. This role is ideal for a technical program leader who can guide cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and keep complex initiatives moving with clarity and momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the integrated platform roadmap, including epics, features, technical enablers, release milestones, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Lead Agile Release Train planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Scrum teams.
  • Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, dependency triage, risk reviews, and release readiness discussions.
  • Maintain a consistent delivery cadence across platform, infrastructure, security, and product teams.
  • Manage timelines, risks, impediments, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes.
  • Coordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones and keep execution organized and transparent.
  • Track decisions, actions, owners, dependencies, and due dates to support program clarity and accountability.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination between business sponsors, engineering, architecture, platform operations, and platform consumers.
  • Translate technical trade-offs and enterprise constraints into clear, executive-ready communication.
  • Monitor and report on delivery metrics such as planned versus completed work, throughput, cycle time, defect trends, test pass rates, environment stability, deployment frequency, and intake-to-production timing.
  • Support documentation, API readiness, consumer onboarding, platform adoption, and incident trend tracking.
  • Help maintain strong program governance through reporting, status updates, and proactive issue escalation.

Skills

  • Experience managing technical programs or platform delivery initiatives in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineers and architects and follow technical discussions with confidence.
  • Strong skill in identifying, managing, and communicating technical dependencies.
  • Background in planning, execution, reporting, and delivery management.
  • Experience coordinating offshore or distributed teams.
  • Ability to support financial, scope, and stakeholder management activities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present program health, risks, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across multiple teams and functions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAFe or Agile Release Train planning.
  • Familiarity with platform modernization, infrastructure, security, or product delivery work.
  • Experience managing executive status reporting and delivery metrics.
  • Exposure to API readiness, consumer onboarding, or release management.
  • Ability to work through complex priorities while maintaining a predictable delivery cadence.
