Join a fast-paced recruiting team supporting high-volume interview coordination and candidate logistics for a growing AI organization. This remote contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys creating a strong candidate experience, and can keep multiple moving parts organized with care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks in partnership with recruiters
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and deliver timely, warm, and informative communication
• Help keep recruiting workflows moving smoothly through each stage of the hiring process
• Support process improvements and contribute ideas for working through ambiguous or changing situations
• Partner with recruiting team members to enhance both candidate and hiring manager experiences

Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume scheduling or coordination role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
• Ability to stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Comfort working with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams across multiple requests and action items
• Ability to give and receive feedback constructively
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Skills

• Experience partnering closely with recruiters and contributing to process improvements
• Ability to identify challenges quickly and suggest practical solutions
• Interest in AI, research, and mission-driven work focused on safe and beneficial technology
• Experience supporting a high-touch candidate experience in a dynamic environment
