Join a greenfield Generative AI initiative focused on designing and delivering intelligent agents that can make a meaningful impact across enterprise workflows. This hybrid Boston-based opportunity offers the chance to help shape core AI capabilities in a collaborative environment, with a strong focus on solution design, production readiness, and client partnership.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI agents and agentic workflows that address complex business needs
- Develop scalable AI solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration patterns, and autonomous agents
- Create multi-step workflows that connect with enterprise systems, APIs, and business processes
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to improve delivery speed and solution effectiveness
- Help ensure solutions meet enterprise expectations for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and present approaches clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in enterprise environments
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and agent architectures
- Software engineering experience with API integration, system design, and application development
- Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solution designs
- Experience working in a client-facing, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or Slingshot
Preferred Skills
- Experience with agent orchestration and observability tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, or LangSmith
- Knowledge of cloud-native AI architectures and MLOps best practices
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and business applications
- Background supporting financial services or asset management initiatives
- Experience guiding AI solutions from concept through production deployment
