Responsibilities

• Analyze spatial data using mapping and GIS software to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Clean, transform, and organize data from multiple sources into usable formats for analysis and reporting.
• Layer internal and external geographic and topographical data to support business intelligence and decision-making.
• Perform moderately complex GIS analysis and modeling to support planning and operational improvements.
• Partner with field management and business leaders to support route, territory, and service delivery optimization.
• Provide findings, summaries, and reporting that help stakeholders understand GIS outputs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with GIS specialists, developers, and business teams to support existing solutions and develop new capabilities.
• Coach users and stakeholders on interpreting and applying GIS information effectively.
• Use coding, geospatial, statistical, and modeling tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate clearly with team members, business partners, and leadership in both written and verbal formats.

Skills

• Experience working with GIS tools, spatial data, and mapping software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret geographic trends.
• Ability to clean, mine, and convert data from varied sources and file types.
• Understanding of route, territory, and service optimization concepts.
• Comfort working with business stakeholders to gather needs and deliver insights.
