Join a fast-moving safeguards team helping shape high-stakes access and enforcement decisions that support safety, trust, and operational quality. This six-month role is ideal for a thoughtful generalist who can apply sound judgment, manage sensitive review work, and contribute to processes that may later be automated.
Responsibilities
- Review access requests tied to AI research and evaluate whether proposed use cases are credible and policy-aligned
- Handle access decisions and offboarding for restricted-region and national-security-sensitive cases
- Investigate compromised accounts and leaked credentials, then support remediation efforts with customers
- Assess appeals of enforcement actions and provide clear written recommendations to uphold or reverse decisions
- Review returning accounts and related account clusters to determine linkage, abuse patterns, and appropriate action
- Support case-by-case review work that helps enforcement leads and on-call teams focus on policy, detection, and escalations
- Contribute to a team operating in a high-volume environment with strong attention to turnaround expectations and accuracy
Skills
- Experience making policy-driven decisions in a structured review or operational environment
- Ability to assess sensitive cases with sound judgment, consistency, and attention to detail
- Working familiarity with machine learning concepts or AI-adjacent workflows for research-use evaluation
- Background in sanctions screening, export controls, trade compliance, or similar geo-sensitive review work
- Hands-on experience with account compromise, account takeover, or credential abuse investigations
- Experience reviewing enforcement appeals or customer disputes and writing concise rationales
- Ability to evaluate account linkage using multiple signals and evidence
- Strong written communication skills and comfort documenting decisions clearly
Preferred Skills
- Experience in trust and safety, policy operations, security operations, incident response, fraud, or risk analysis
- Familiarity with multi-accounting, recidivism, or ban evasion investigations
- Experience using SQL or link-analysis tools to support case review
- Background in customer-facing resolution work or dispute handling
- Ability to adapt quickly in a role where demand may change as automation expands
