Join a dynamic program leadership opportunity supporting a large-scale technical initiative focused on delivering complex work across distributed teams. This role is ideal for an experienced Technical Program Manager who thrives on driving execution, aligning stakeholders, and improving delivery outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables stay on track across multiple teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactively to support smooth and predictable delivery.
- Establish and maintain program operating rhythms, including status updates, reviews, and leadership communications.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and keep priorities aligned.
- Strengthen delivery processes by applying program management best practices, tools, metrics, and reporting.
- Support coordination across global teams and help drive accountability, transparency, and progress.
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or delivery-focused roles.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs across distributed teams.
- Strong experience using execution and reporting tools such as Jira and dashboarding platforms.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, along with the software delivery lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong ability to identify, track, and resolve risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, plus relevant professional experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives such as cloud migration, AI programs, or platform transformation.
- Background in creating or contributing to product requirements documentation.
- Experience using KPIs and OKRs to improve delivery performance and predictability.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience working in healthcare or other regulated environments.
- Comfort collaborating with global teams across different functions and time zones.
