Bring your project leadership expertise to a dynamic IT PMO environment where you’ll help drive delivery excellence across planning, execution, testing, cutover, and hyper-care support. This Sr. IT Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to lead cross-functional workstreams, support strategic objectives, and contribute to meaningful enterprise initiatives in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through implementation and post-launch support
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to keep workstreams aligned and progressing
- Identify, track, and help resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Monitor project health and provide timely status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure project activities align with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory expectations
- Facilitate quality reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement
- Oversee budget and schedule commitments to help keep initiatives on track
- Support portfolio, program, and project management best practices across the organization
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP certification required
- Strong experience with project and portfolio management methodologies
- Proficiency with PPM and reporting/dashboard tools
- Background in change management, risk management, and project governance
- Proven success leading matrixed teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical details into clear business language
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
- Self-directed work style with the ability to perform independently
