Bring your contingent workforce operations expertise to a fast-moving, cross-functional environment where you will help support contractor hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day program operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys partnering with managers, suppliers, finance, IT, and procurement to keep workforce processes running smoothly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key operations partner for a growing contingent workforce program, with a focus on contractor lifecycle support.
- Coordinate daily with internal stakeholders and supplier partners to support hiring and workforce operations.
- Maintain accurate and timely data across systems and tools used to manage contingent labor.
- Help manage vendor relationships to support service delivery and process execution.
- Conduct qualification conversations with managers and supplier partners to align on role needs and candidate fit.
- Review submitted resumes to ensure candidates meet role requirements before presentation to hiring teams.
- Support offer extension and negotiation activities as part of the contractor recruitment process.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities to help ensure a smooth experience for contractors and teams.
- Provide ongoing guidance and training to managers and teams on contingent workforce policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner closely with finance, IT, procurement, and other teams to support efficient program operations.
Skills
- 8+ years of experience supporting MSP programs and contract recruiting operations.
- Strong knowledge of contingent workforce practices, compliance considerations, and workforce risk management.
- Experience working with supplier partners and supporting vendor management activities.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with managers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Hands-on experience using a VMS in an operational capacity, including administrative-level familiarity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting high-volume fleet operations and/or corporate operations roles.
- Working knowledge of Beeline, Lever, or GSuite.
- Comfort with qualification calls, stakeholder coordination, and contractor process administration.
- Background supporting a scaling IT department or similar fast-growing business function.
