We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support technology hardware and infrastructure initiatives across multiple locations. This role offers the opportunity to help drive complex deployments forward by coordinating schedules, vendors, site readiness, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items for assigned workstreams
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across internal teams, business partners, vendors, field teams, construction partners, and site contacts
- Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to help keep projects on schedule and commitments on track
- Support equipment deployment, installation planning, procurement coordination, and site-readiness activities as needed
- Monitor project risks, scope changes, resource needs, and delivery concerns, then help drive mitigation or escalation
- Prepare and update status reports, financial tracking, and project documentation with accuracy and consistency
- Communicate progress, decisions, blockers, and next steps clearly to project stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects or workstreams at the same time while partnering with more experienced project managers on larger efforts
- Contribute to process improvement and support standardized project delivery practices
Skills
- 2+ years of project coordination or project delivery experience
- Experience supporting technology, hardware, infrastructure, field technology, construction technology, or similar physical deployment efforts
- Ability to maintain schedules, trackers, milestones, risks, issues, and status reporting
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups and driving follow-up on action items
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines at once
- Experience identifying project risks and dependencies and supporting mitigation or escalation efforts
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet for project planning and tracking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including lookups and data analysis
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a broader team
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting multi-site technology or hardware deployments
- Exposure to equipment installation, procurement coordination, vendor management, or site-readiness activities
- Background supporting projects in retail, construction, supply chain, or distribution environments
- Familiarity with infrastructure areas such as networking, structured cabling, wireless, compute, power, or CAD/construction documentation
- Experience working with external installation, construction, or field-service vendors
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders
