JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic sales enablement team where you’ll help improve how Salesforce supports day-to-day sales execution, training, reporting, and process improvement. This onsite contract role in Madison, New Jersey is a great fit for someone who enjoys partnering across teams, building practical solutions, and helping sales professionals succeed with the tools they use every day.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions to help sales users build confidence with Salesforce and related tools
  • Create and maintain clear, useful training materials, onboarding guides, and quick-reference resources
  • Partner with sales leadership and sales operations to identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Support workflow and automation enhancements that improve efficiency across the sales cycle
  • Gather user feedback and facilitate process improvement discussions to better understand field needs
  • Build and customize reports and dashboards that help leadership monitor performance, pipeline health, and user adoption
  • Serve as a go-to resource for Salesforce support and assist with platform configuration and enhancement requests
  • Collaborate with technology, marketing, brand, and shared services teams to support aligned sales processes and rollouts
  • Develop a working understanding of internal sales processes, including application submission, GCI, FDDs, and reporting
  • Provide support for dashCRM and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts
  • Ability to create effective reports, dashboards, and adoption insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Interest in helping others succeed with Salesforce and improving user experience

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate or technology-related sales operations
  • Salesforce certification such as Administrator or Associate
  • Data analysis experience
  • Familiarity with franchise or brokerage sales processes
  • Experience with Power Automate and SharePoint
  • Comfort working closely with development teams on platform enhancements
