Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional work across cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, infrastructure, product, and other partner teams to keep remediation efforts moving forward.
- Facilitate technical conversations to resolve security architecture, integration, sequencing, dependency, and ownership questions.
- Track and help prioritize remediation efforts based on risk, quality of findings, and delivery impact.
- Identify gaps, unresolved decisions, conflicting assumptions, and delivery risks early so they can be addressed before milestones are affected.
- Drive accountability across teams when decisions or ownership span multiple groups.
- Maintain visibility into blockers, dependencies, milestones, decisions, and overall program health.
- Develop and improve reporting that gives leadership a clear view of progress, risks, and required actions.
- Support the operation of security reviews for high-risk business processes and help shape new workflows where needed.
Skills
- 10+ years of technical program management or equivalent technical leadership experience in large enterprise environments.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional technology programs involving multiple technical teams.

- Ability to work effectively with security architects, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating dependencies across IAM, data security, network security, cloud security, application/platform security, vulnerability management, logging/monitoring, and security architecture.
- Strong dependency management skills, including identifying critical paths, blockers, risks, and integration points.
- Ability to understand technical discussions well enough to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and surface delivery risks.
- Clear executive communication skills with a focus on outcomes, decisions, and actions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience improving workflows and operating models for security review processes.
- Background supporting cybersecurity remediation programs in enterprise environments.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Strong follow-through and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business teams.
- Local candidates are strongly preferred for onsite work in Brooklyn Park, MN.
