We’re looking for an experienced Workday/Beeline Functional Project Lead to take charge of an active implementation and help bring it across the finish line. This role combines hands-on functional expertise with strong project leadership, making it a great opportunity for someone who can assess configuration gaps, guide technical teams, and improve contingent workforce processes end to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead an in-progress Workday and Beeline initiative through completion and preparation for go-live
• Review existing Workday and Beeline configuration to identify what is working well, what is missing, and where improvements are needed
• Assess downstream impacts of configuration decisions and help prevent production issues before they arise
• Provide clear functional recommendations and explain priorities, risks, and best-practice approaches
• Guide technical and functional resources in making configuration updates and resolving open items
• Evaluate Workday and Beeline data flows and integrations to confirm alignment and readiness
• Support Workday Position Management needs and related configuration requirements
• Contribute to additional Workday enhancement efforts beyond the Beeline workstream
• Maintain a structured project plan with milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership
• Keep stakeholders aligned and accountable through regular communication and follow-through
• Ensure the final solution is stable, practical, and ready to support business operations

Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday, especially backend configuration and Position Management
• Experience with Beeline VMS configuration and functionality
• Understanding of contingent workforce programs and related business processes
• Experience with Workday integrations and data flow review
• Ability to assess existing configurations, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Skill in translating business needs into clear functional and technical direction
• Proven ability to step into a midstream or challenged implementation and create structure
• Strong leadership and communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive accountability across teams

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience
• Direct experience with Workday and Beeline implementation or integration work
• Background helping remediate or recover an in-progress implementation
• Experience supporting a large enterprise contingent workforce program
• Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged
