Join a fast-paced Talent team as a Recruiting Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, organized, and positive interview experience for candidates and hiring teams. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support high-volume recruiting efforts, improve coordination processes, and help deliver exceptional service throughout the hiring journey.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews across onsite, virtual, and phone formats for both technical and non-technical roles
- Host candidates during onsite interview days and help ensure a welcoming, professional experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for coordination-related projects and day-to-day execution
- Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to keep interview scheduling efficient and aligned
- Identify process gaps and help improve the interview experience by streamlining workflows and supporting new coordination initiatives
- Support operational excellence efforts by gathering feedback, reviewing data, and contributing to improvements in recruiting operations
- Maintain strong communication and follow-through while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Background in recruiting coordination or a closely related role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work with urgency
- Strong customer service mindset and professional presence
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal partners
- Comfort working with recruiting systems and scheduling tools
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting interview coordination in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and scheduling software
- Interest in improving recruiting processes and operational workflows
- Ability to contribute ideas and take ownership of coordination initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
- Leadership potential and interest in growing into future people management responsibilities
