Join a dynamic training team focused on creating engaging learning experiences that support product knowledge and skill development across banking and wealth management solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful learning content using modern instructional design practices and a variety of delivery formats, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, refine, and implement training materials that support product initiatives and business goals.
- Collaborate with training peers, marketing partners, and business stakeholders to improve course content and learning outcomes.
- Apply instructional design best practices and industry standards throughout the full lifecycle of learning development.
- Lead end-to-end creation of training deliverables, including planning, content development, stakeholder reviews, and measurement.
- Use existing storyboards and templates to build new content or update current materials.
- Develop learning solutions across multiple formats, such as web-based learning, instructor-led sessions, animated content, talking-head video, and blended learning experiences.
- Leverage Articulate 360 and related tools to create training that supports knowledge retention, skill application, and behavior change.
- Support ongoing improvements to the training library and help maintain a simple, effective learner experience.
- Participate in team and partner meetings and provide clear status updates on assigned work.
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience developing training content with Articulate 360 and other multimedia learning tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Experience creating learning content for regulated industries.
- Knowledge of learning technologies, instructional design principles, and current design trends.
- Proven project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- 2–3 years of experience developing training content in the financial services industry.
- Working knowledge of investments and/or financial products and services, including advisory, managed accounts, retirement, and banking.
- Background in graphic design or visual communication.
- Familiarity with Vyond and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and contributes proactively to project success.
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, adult learning, instructional technology, or a related field.
- Instructional Design Certificate.
