JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic ecommerce team focused on growing and optimizing marketplace performance across major online channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-driven professional who enjoys combining content optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve visibility, conversion, and overall marketplace success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings across major marketplaces, including content, images, attributes, and enhanced content modules
  • Write and refine product copy using marketplace SEO best practices to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with creative partners to build and maintain visually strong enhanced content that aligns with brand standards
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain reports or dashboards tracking sales, traffic, conversion, and listing health
  • Support recurring catalog reviews by identifying performance issues, compliance concerns, and opportunities for optimization
  • Use marketplace research and tracking tools to support keyword analysis, competitor review, and product monitoring
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve listing issues, troubleshoot challenges, and implement improvements
  • Monitor listing errors, policy concerns, and customer service escalations, and help drive timely resolution
  • Document processes, support weekly team meetings, and help keep priorities moving forward
  • Manage shared marketplace inboxes and communicate updates or concerns with dealers as needed

Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting or managing ecommerce marketplace operations
  • Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
  • Experience creating and publishing Amazon A+ content
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
  • Working knowledge of marketplace tools such as Rithum, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of SEO, product research, and ecommerce copywriting best practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting marketplace strategy and reporting in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with analyzing trends and using insights to guide operational decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, operations, and vendor partners
  • Comfort refining processes to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Curiosity about marketplace trends, algorithm updates, and emerging features
